For high-season reservations (April - September), cancellations will result
in a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled outside of 14 days prior to your
rental pick up, the remaining $75.00 of your deposit can be refunded or applied
to a future rental. There are no refunds 0-14 days before departure.

A security deposit of $2,500 is required, which is fully refundable upon the
safe, incident-free return of the motorcycle.
As the Renter, you are fully responsible for anything that happens to the
bike that you've rented until it is returned to us. Please check with your own
insurance company and/or your credit card company to see if you are covered on a
rental motorcycle.
You may purchase a $30/day
damage waiver at the time of pick-up. This waiver limits the Renter's
responsibility to the security deposit in case of an accident or theft. This
waiver is null and void if you damage a bike that you did not rent.
Renters are responsible for their own medical insurance.
