  • Booking requirements

Our motorcycle rentals are based on availability. A $100 deposit (+tax) is necessary to reserve your motorcycle rental.

Payments can be made in US funds by cash, travelers check (in person only), or VISA/MasterCard/AMEX. Balance is due at the time of pick-up. You will also need to sign a Liability and Rental Agreement when you pick up your bike.

  • Cancellation policy

For high-season reservations (April - September), cancellations will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. If canceled outside of 14 days prior to your rental pick up, the remaining $75.00 of your deposit can be refunded or applied to a future rental. There are no refunds 0-14 days before departure.

  • Your liability

A security deposit of $2,500 is required, which is fully refundable upon the safe, incident-free return of the motorcycle.

As the Renter, you are fully responsible for anything that happens to the bike that you've rented until it is returned to us. Please check with your own insurance company and/or your credit card company to see if you are covered on a rental motorcycle.

You may purchase a $30/day damage waiver at the time of pick-up. This waiver limits the Renter's responsibility to the security deposit in case of an accident or theft. This waiver is null and void if you damage a bike that you did not rent.

Renters are responsible for their own medical insurance.

  • Equipment

We will do our best to provide the motorcycle and equipment requested, but reserve the right to substitute with comparable units in the event of any circumstance including, but not limited to, reasons of collision, theft, mechanical failure or lack of availability. Motorcycles and equipment may not be exactly as pictured or indicated in the information provided.

  • Clothing

When riding in this part of the country, we highly recommend that you dress in layers. You know your riding comforts, dress appropriately.

For those who are not able to come prepared, we have a limited supply of the following equipment/gear available for rent. Please let us know what you need.

     Helmets

     Rain suits

     Riding gloves

While we strive to offer a variety of riding gear, we cannot guarantee that we will have the size or style that you need. In those instances, we will do whatever we can to help you find the gear you need.

  • Weather

The weather in the Pacific Northwest is often unpredictable, so please come prepared for the possibility of rain showers. Check the local weather.

  • Non-US residents

You must have your passport with you at all times when renting or touring with us. If you are joining us for one of our Canadian tours and are not a US or Canadian resident, we would recommend that you contact your local Canadian embassy for additional visitor requirements.

A passport, or an enhanced Washington driver's license, are required for all travelers crossing the Canadian/US border.
